Please follow these important points when using our product.


Do not connect input and output at the same time.
Do not take power from any source other than a USB port.
Do not deconstruct/ modify the product.
Do not put the product into water.
Do not short circuit the device from the input to output port.
Do not keep the product in any areas of extreme high temperature.
Do not put the product into fire.
Do not touch any liquids in the unlikely event that they leak out.


Do not operate the product if it generates excessive heat, gives off an abnormal smell, or changes in colour.
If skin or cloth comes into contact with any leaked liquid, please clean with water immediately.
When the specified charge time is over, please stop charging immediately.
Do not use the product in a high humidity environment such as a bathroom.
Please do not trample, drop, or bash the product.
Please wrap the device in a blanket or cloth when in storage with combustibles or heavy objects.
Do not put the product into a microwave, heating machine, or high pressure container.
Please do not use this product near any open flames.
Please supervise all children if allowing them to use the product.
Keep the product away from babies at all times.
Do not use product with wet hands.
Do not insert any metal into the body of the product.

Please charge the device within a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees celsius.
Do not charge the product and another product through the device simultaneously.
Please charge the product at least once every 6 months.

While the cable is not connected, you may press the battery remaining button. LED will light up for 30 seconds according to the remaining battery level.

Operation Procedure

  • Charging this product (please charge before use)
  • Connect the charging cable to the input terminal of an AC USB adaptor or Computer USB port. In charging mode, the LED will light up or flash according to the remaining battery level. When fully charged to 100%, all LEDs will be lit up. Please remove the cable to stop charging.

Please confirm the port direction is correct before connection. Incorrect connection may damage the product.
Please stop charging if your device cannot be fully charged after the specified period of time.
Do not charge this product when it is connected to other device, as this might lead to excess heat generation or damage of the product.
The power from a PC USB port might not be sufficient for charging.
Charge the product 1 time every 6 months even it is not being used often - or the product might become fully discharged and might not be chargeable again.

(For charging iPods, iPhones, etc, please use the respective cables for each device)

  • While the cable is not connected, you may press the battery remaining button. LED will light up for 30 seconds according to the remaining battery level.
  • Connect the charging cable to the Smartphone when the LED lights up. Charging starts when one of the LED is flashing. If charging does not start, please press the remaining battery check button. (When charging an Apple device ensure you use the original device cable - iPad, iPhone, iPod ).
  • During charging, please check the charging display of the connected device. Charging will automatically stop when it is fully charged. LED light will go off. When you want to stop charging, please press and hold the power button. Please un-plug the cable after the LED light goes off. (Charging may be automatically stopped before fully charged or LED will not turn off when charging reaches 100% This depends on the connected device.)

The output rating is DC5V/2A(For 2 port output, the total output current is 2A). When the charging current of connected device is over the rating current, protection circuit might stop the charging.
This product might not be able to charge devices when data is transferring between a PC and the device.
When a device is at zero battery level, or depending on the device in use, charging time may be longer (or the device might not be chargeable at all).
Maxell warranty does not cover the memory of your devices erased under any circumstances.

Maintenance

Use a cloth with a neutral cleansing agent or water to remove any dirt from the product body, and use a soft dry cloth to clean it. Do not use benzene, thinner or alcohol etc.

Trouble Shooting

Please contact our customer service division if below problems cannot be solved.

Charging LED does not light up when this product is charging - or it takes longer than the specified charging time PC is in standby mode Disconnect other devices from the output ports

Device cannot be charged Cables and port connections are incorrect Please double check the shape of input port on the device

Whilst a video is playing Charge the device once after you have switched it off at least once
Battery with short operation time Remaining battery level is low Please charge the product
The battery's life span appears to be at an end Battery life span is at an end if operation time is extremely short even it is fully charged
