    2.2 Settings The Hp(10) Neutron Module itself contains all the proper functional settings and calibration parameters. These parameters are saved in the module on non-volatile memory. 2.3 Hp(10) Neutron Measurement Display In the standard configuration for the DMC 3000, display of the Hp(10) neutron measurements are automatic after connection of the module.

    3.1 Alarm Display and Configuration The Hp(10) neutron dose and dose rate warnings and alarms are configurable for the entire measurement range from 1 µSv to 10Sv (0.1 mrem to 1000 rem) and from 100 µSv/h to 10 Sv/h (10 mrem/h to 1000 rem/h). The Hp(10) neutron multiplier efficiency coefficient can alter the precision performance at low dose rates and modify the neutron dose increments size.

    The Neutron Module is calibrated at the factory using established procedures and international standards (ISO/CEI 17025). Mirion Technologies recommends an annual verification of the dosimeter’s calibration. However, the frequency of this verification may be defined by the client according to the conditions and frequency in which the dosimeter is used, and according to local regulation.
