    INTRODUCTION Congratulations on purchasing a Full Boar Petrol Demolition Breaker. Your Full Boar Petrol Demolition Breaker FBT-2000 has been designed for heavy duty breaking and chipping of concrete, block and masonry products. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! When using this equipment, basic safety precautions, including the following, should always be followed to reduce risk of fire, electric shock, personal injury and material damage.
  • Page 5 GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS b. Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Contain long hair. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts. c. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.

    WARNING! Ensure the tool has been shut off and completely stopped before performing any of the following operations. Removing and Fitting the Chisel The Full Boar FBT-2000 comes with 2 chisel attachments that require fitting before starting the demolition breaker. IMPORTANT! Always lubricate the accessory fitment prior to inserting them into the demolition breaker.

    PRE-OPERATION CHECK Adding Fuel The 2-stroke demolition breaker requires a fuel mix of 40 parts of unleaded petrol (91 Octane) to 1 part 2-stroke engine oil. Ensure you are using the markings on the 40:1 side of the mixing bottle. 1.

  • Page 11 OPERATION KNOW YOUR PRODUCT Cold Hammering If the demolition hammer is stored for long periods of time or at cold temperatures, the lubrication may become stiff and the demolition hammer may not hammer initially or the hammering may be weak. Should this occur, insert an accessory into the demolition hammer, turn the demolition hammer on and apply the end of the accessory against a scrap piece of concrete or timber.

    MAINTENANCE KNOW YOUR PRODUCT • A fter each use, blow air through the over the demolition breaker to ensure it is free from all dust particles which may build up. Build up of dust particles may cause the demolition breaker to overheat and fail. • I f the enclosure of the demolition breaker requires cleaning, do not use solvents but a moist soft cloth only. Never let any liquid get inside the demolition breaker; never immerse any part of the demolition breaker into a liquid. Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by the repair of the demolition breaker by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the demolition breaker.
  • Page 13 MAINTENANCE Spark plug removal, installation and inspection 1. Remove the spark plug lead. 2. Using the supplied spark plug wrench, remove the spark plug. 3. Clean the electrode with a metal brush and remove any carbon build-up. 4. Using a thickness gauge, check for the right gap (0.6-0.8mm) between the centre electrode and side electrode.
