General information

WMS Socket
The WMS socket enables the wireless remote control of
lamps with a conventional safety plug. The installation
does not require electrical setup work: The WMS Socket is
simply inserted in the existing plug-in connection.
The WMS Socket can receive switch commands from
WMS transmitters, e.g. a WMS Hand-held transmitter, WMS
Central transmitter or WMS Weather station. Feedback on
the received commands is provided via the transmitter.
The switching states for the comfort and scene control and
the parameters for the control functions are stored directly
in the socket and can be recalled or changed at any time.
Intended use
The WMS Socket is an electronic device that was devel-
oped to switch on and off the power operating voltage
of lamps with a safety plug. The device is only permitted
to be connected to permanently installed safety sockets
intended for this purpose.
The approval of the manufacturer must be obtained for
uses outside of the purposes listed in these instructions.
