Thick Tube Assembly Cont’d Step 6 Trim off any unneeded tubing, leaving 3/16’’ to connect to the earhook (this will overlap). Step 7 Connect the tube to the earhook by gripping the ear hook and firmly pushing until it is securely attached.
Batteries Putting A New Battery In Your HC64 Step 1 The HC64 uses a size 675 hearing aid battery. When placing a new battery in your HC64, grip the HC64 firmly. Press your thumb against the swinging door. Step 2 Remove the protective foil sticker from the new battery.
Batteries Cont’d and Choosing Domes Low Battery Warning When the battery life is expiring, you hear a low battery warning (one short beep). This warning will continue intermittently until you replace the old battery with a fresh new one. After the first warning, it is normal to experience some reduction in sound quality.
Turning On/Off and Storage Turning Your HC64 On/Off And Storage Turning ON the HC64 Once the battery is gently inserted with the positive side facing up, there will be a 10 second delay before the HC64 begins to operate. Turning OFF the HC64 Simply open the battery door (and keep it open) to turn off the device.
Storing Your HC64 Recommended Products If your living situation has a high humidity that can cause extra perspiration, we recommend that you purchase either a Dry Aid Jar or a Dry and Store Box . By simply keeping your HC64 in either of these products overnight, you will extend the life of your hearing aid.
