I N T R O D U C T I O N Introduction The Weedbrush is a fully electric powered implement, specially designed for use in combination with the AllTrec 4810T and 8015F implement carriers. The Weedbrush cannot work independently. You can easily connect the Weedbrush to the AllTrec vehicle without tools.
Related to the attached Weedbrush type, assembled onto the AllTrec vehicle, the Weedbrush is only applicable for removing weed. Be careful with semi-hardened surfaces, it is possible that parts of the surface will also be blown away.
Identification You can identify the Weedbrush by the type plate (Fig. 1-2, pos. 1) on the left side of the Weedbrush on the electrical housing. Your AllTrec dealer will have these details ready for you. Fig. 1-2 Type plate location Warranty FPS-Electric B.V.
D E S C R I P T I O N O F T H E S Y S T E M Description of the system There are two possible configurations of the Weedbrush system. NOTE In this user manual, only the Weedbrush WB100 is shown in the user manual.

2.2.2 Weedbrush motor The motor operates the Weedbrush directly at the necessary speed. The motor can be set from the AllTrec to a speed between 2000 and 3000 rpm. The electric motor has an extended robust flange that supplies the motor shaft with sufficient support when loaded on the brushunit.
Optional the Weedbrush can be extended with the Dust Control. This includes: • 130 liter rear mounted watertank • Twin nozzle waterspray system Note: Watertank must be mounted on the Luggage rack. The Weedbrush can become detached from the trailer or truck during transport when the Weedbrush is not correctly attached. If the Weedbrush is not connected to the AllTrec vehicle, the Weedbrush must be attached correctly with tension straps on the Weedbrush arms (Fig.

Be careful of crushing your hands when you attach the couplings to the AllTrec vehicle. CAUTION Only connect the ePTO plug if the AllTrec vehicle is switched off. Connecting with the AllTrec vehicle switched on can cause damage to the electric system.

For easy maintenance and repair of the Weedbrush, there is an option to set the Weedbrush in a tilted angle. 1. Lift the Weedbrush up with the lifting device of the AllTrec vehicle (see the main manual of the AllTrec 4810T or 8015F).

M A I N T E N A N C E Maintenance procedures 7.5.1 Replacement brushes The brush segments can be replaced with a wrench 17. The brush can be changed by loosening the 4 M10 bolts. If a bolt is worn, it must be replaced. Always replace all brushes at the same time.
If you are experiencing problems or malfunctions: contact your AllTrec dealer. If a problem in the control system occurs, you can read the AllTrec 4810T or AllTrec 8015F display communication. The manufacturer assumes that the operator/owner takes his or her responsibility and uses the machine for what it is intended for, namely controlling weeds on paved surfaces.
Environmental consequences The lifespan of the AllTrec depends on maintenance, operation hours, the use and environmental conditions (dust, pollution, humidity, temperature and the like). Correct maintenance increases the lifespan.
