    I N T R O D U C T I O N Introduction Intended use The AllTrec 8015F is an universal tool carrier. It is intended to be used for various work activities in public green spaces in the city and municipality, at camping sites and at holiday and amusement parks.

    Use on public roads and motorways It is forbidden to use the AllTrec 8015F on motorways. It is forbidden to use the AllTrec 8015F on public roads, unless the AllTrec 8015F has been provided with a road permit by the relevant importer.

    I N T R O D U C T I O N The maximum speed limit of the AllTrec 8015F is 25 km per hour. While driving at high speeds, attachments must be protected. Read the manual of the relevant attachment.

    Legend Type plate Serial number Warranty AllTrec guarantees the soundness of the products with regard to the material and/or manufacturing faults. The warranty is valid for two years with a maximum of 2000 operation hours after the delivery date. The battery comes with a factory warranty of five years with a maximum of 5000 operation hours after the delivery date.

    In order to use tools, the front of the machine is equipped with a lifting device and electrical power connection. The AllTrec 8015F can be used for various work activities, such as mowing, weeding, sweeping and leaf blowing, depending on the attachment used.

    D E S C R I P T I O N O F T H E M A C H I N E 2.2.8 Traction system The AllTrec 8015F in its standard configuration, comes with two separate front-wheel motors. With the optional 4WD, the rear wheels also each have their own motor.

    This filters out shocks and vibrations from unevenness in the road and improves driver comfort. The float function is always switched on when the AllTrec 8015F is in operation. This function can be deactivated with the function button so that the lifting device is double-acting.

    If the 12V battery runs empty, it is impossible to start the machine. 2.2.18 Attachments There are various attachments available for the AllTrec 8015F for carrying out various work activities. A full list can be found in Chapter 2.6.4 or on www.alltrec.nl.

    2.3.5 Cabin / Anti-roll bar The AllTrec 8015F is supplied with an anti-roll bar. It prevents further rolling if the machine tips over. The machine is optionally supplied with a cabin, that functions as an anti-roll bar. 2.3.6 Electrical boxes It is forbidden to open electrical boxes except for the black fuse box.

    D E S C R I P T I O N O F T H E M A C H I N E Battery The AllTrec is delivered with a 80 VDC Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery. Optionally, the machine can be delivered with batteries of various capacities, depending on the energy need.

    When the machine is switched on with an ignition key, the BMS checks the battery. If the battery functions correctly, the AllTrec 8015F will start. If the BMS detects a problem with the battery, the AllTrec 8015F won’t start to prevent permanent battery damage.
