INSTALLATION Step 1: • Insert the light bars into the stands. • Place the light bars on either side of your TV or monitor with the front of the light bars facing the wall. Step 2: • Connect the power adapter to the control box. •... -

OPERATION Power Button • Press the power button to turn the light bars ON. • Press the power button again to turn the light bars OFF. • Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the light bars start blinking. The light bars are now in pairing mode. - Page 8 CONNECT TO SMARTERHOME™ APP Install App Download the “Kogan SmarterHome” app from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). - Page 9 Connect your smart phone to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your smart phone. Open the “Kogan SmarterHome” app. Tap “+” in the upper right corner of the app’s home page to add a new device through the network.
- Page 10 Enter your Wi-Fi details and tap “Next”. It is important that your SmarterHome™ device and the app are connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup. After successfully being added, you will have the option to rename the device and assign it to a location.
- Page 11 Add device through network Once registered, tap “Add Device” on the app’s home page, or the “+” in the upper right corner, to add a new device through the network. Select the product type from the list of options in the app (Lighting > Ambient Bar Light).
- Page 12 Ensure that the device is in pairing mode (the light bars are blinking) and tap “Next”. The device will commence the pairing process and connect to the app. Ensure your Wi-Fi router, mobile phone, and the SmarterHome™ device are kept close until connection is complete.
