CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning or storage, unplug the appliance from the mains
socket and allow it to cool down completely.
• Clean the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.
• Ensure all parts are wiped dry with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not let water or any other liquid to enter the appliance.
• Never use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
• Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
Hinge lock
Your appliance has a hinge lock to make plates lockable for storage.
• To lock the appliance, squeeze the plates together, and push the
switch to the locked position.
• To unlock the appliance, pull the switch to the unlock position.
NOTE: Do not heat the appliance in the locked position.
