Our products are guaranteed
against faults and hidden defects
for 24 months subject to the
following conditions:
• The appliance has been installed
and operated in accordance with
our instruction manual
• The appliance has not been
modified, misused or tampered
with
• The appliance has not been used
for anything other than domestic
situations
The following components are
considered as consumables and
are therefore excluded from the
guarantee:
• Reflective panels, glass panels,
acrylic panels, logs, crystals,
cable, plug, fuses, lights or
heating elements.

made and no fault being found or

liable to any consequential loss or
damage arising from or in
connection with the appliance.

and contact your original supplier
who will take care of your claim.
