My alarm appears to set with the right amount of beeps etc and deactivate.
However the pirs in the van are not activating the alarm.
That is I've set it from inside the van,waited and then moved in front of the sensors and nothing happens.
What can I do?

If the PIR sensors on the MOVING INTELLIGENCE PHANTOM Vanguard Caravan Alarm are not activating the alarm, check if the sensor batteries are low. A ‘bop’ sound after the arming beeps indicates low battery. Replace the PIR sensor's internal batteries with 2 CR2032 batteries. If the issue persists, ensure the sensor is correctly paired with the system using the LEARN button. Press the LEARN button 5 times within 5 seconds to add new sensors.

@Mr. Anderson
Hi all batteries have been checked and or replaced if only slightly low however no joy. You mentioned the LEARN button but I can't find anything about that in the operating manual. Can you tell me what it is and where? Also does the system need to be in armed mode or unarmed when you do it?
Many thanks for your response
