  • Page 2 PARTS HARDWARE (included) (included) Chair Seat (1) ¼” x 1¾” Bolts (8) Flange Nuts (4) Chair Base (1) Allen Wrench (1) Left Arm (1) TOOLS NEEDED Right Arm (1) 7/16” Wrench STEP 1 Place the chair seat on the base and lift the front of the seat up a little bit. (See photo 1.) Insert 2 bolts through the swivel and push them down through the predrilled holes in the base.
