ZAPPY software is run on a PC and allows user to set the operating parameters of various functions (analog outputs, position counter, etc.), run Diagnostics to verify proper operation as well as to certify the fiber optic connections. Consult Section 5.9 of the MR3XX User Guide for detailed instructions but a summary follows here.
