PURPOSE OF THE DEVICE The Powermat orbital sander is suitable for dry grinding of flat and curved surfaces, wood, plastics, non-ferrous metals, sheet steel and similar surfaces that are putty and varnished, and for polishing. It is not recommended to use the device for grinding plaster surfaces. The grinder can be used as an auxiliary device for grinding plaster surfaces in hard-to-reach places. The condition is to keep the air vents and switches clean. This will ensure a longer life of the equipment. Sanding large plaster surfaces will wear out the equipment much faster. - Page 21 - The speed should be adjusted to the grinding application. Never sand different materials (such as wood then metal) with the same sanding plate. Optimum sanding results can only be achieved with clean sanding sheets.
