SCREEN INSTALLATION GUIDE
These installation guidelines relate to the following shower screen:

IMPORTANT PRE-INSTALLATION NOTE:
•
Immediately on receipt inspect the product for transit damage, missing packs/parts or manufacturing faults.
•
Damage reported later cannot be accepted.
•
Please handle the product with care avoiding knocks and shock loading to all sides and edges of glass.
•
Damaged glass or missing parts will not be replaced under warranty if the installation process has begun.
•
SAFETY GLASS CANNOT BEWW REWORKED, IF BROKEN IT HAS TO BE REPLACED
•
Please read these instructions carefully before you start installation. Special care should be taken when drilling walls
to avoid hidden pipes or electrical cables.
•
Securing into a stud or timber brace is highly recommended, if unable to do so, other secure means of fixing must
then be considered.

- Page 3 marbletrend flinders neo shower screen SCREEN INSTALLATION GUIDE ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE 835-895 Measure the shower area/shower base The mea- surement to the outside edge of the wall jambs must be within the minimum and maximum dimension of the panel assembly (see tables above) Note: If using the maximum size ensure ensure you allow for walls that may be out of plumb.
- Page 4 marbletrend flinders neo shower screen SCREEN INSTALLATION GUIDE Slide return panels(2) assembly into wall jambs(1). Hint: Insert top or bottom corner first then the rest of the panel will slide in easily. Slide front of return panel(2) into floating jamb of door panel assembly(3).
- Page 5 marbletrend flinders neo shower screen SCREEN INSTALLATION GUIDE Adjust the door and return panels so A=B=C. This is done by sliding the fixed panel in or out of the wall jamb. For the floating(front) jambs the top and bottom rails of the door panel assembly slide apart for adjustment.
