GAS LEAK REPAIR INSTRUCTION
Work instruction
(1) Release R600A gas and ensure that all of gas
has been removed before next step.
(2) Remove coating and dirtiness at hot pipe side.
(3) Cut joint by tube cutter.
(4) Replace the new dryer.
(5) Insert hot pipe into dryer.
(6) Welding by gas welding using welding wire Ag
30%.
(1) Release R600A gas and ensure that all of gas
has been removed before next step.
(2) Cut capillary tube by capillary tube cutter.
(3) Replace new dryer.
(4) Insert capillary tube into dryer.
(5) Welding by gas welding using welding wire Ag
5%.
(1) Release R600A gas and ensure that all of gas
has been removed before next step.
(2) Remove lokring joint by capillary tube cutter
& tube cutter.
(3) Insert capillary tube into assy evap pipe
(4) Welding by gas welding using welding wire Ag
30%.
