Dquad XT190 - Frame Assembly Manual

Step 1 – Start with the PDB. Solder on a voltage regulator if needed. (PDB is optimized for Pololu)

Step 2 – Use 4x M3x20mm steel bolts for the corner holes. Then put a M3x6mm nylon spacer on top.

Page 3 Put the supplied 25mm spacer in between the bracket. Then put the cam between the 2 side plates and mount the sides to the camera bracket using M3x10mm bolts and the 28mm round standoffs. Dquad XT190 frame Assembly Manual v1.0...
Page 4 Step 7 – Put the pod on the aluminum bracket, between the 3mm round spacers and secure it with M3x6mm steel bolts. Depending on your desired camera angle you can switch around the 28mm standoffs to keep the pod as strong as possible. Dquad XT190 frame Assembly Manual v1.0...
