The GR4MZ1 installation kit allows for the retention of the vehicle’s steering wheel controls and maintains the original aesthetic of the interior when installing a new car stereo. The GR4MZ1 gives you everything you need for a complete install in one box. The components of this kit are compatible for the Mazda MX-5/Miata (NC, 2006-2008) with BOSE amplified Panasonic stereos. -

FITTING GUIDE STEREO REMOVAL 1. Begin by pulling off the kick panel that surround the bottom of the steering wheel. 2. Once off, undo the 4x screws holding the metal panel to the underneath of the steering wheel. 3. With the bottom panels now removed, you will have access to the side of the radio. From here, you need to remove a 10mm bolt located right on the side of the stereo. -

FITTING GUIDE STEREO INSTALLATION 1. Take the steering wheel control interface in hand and connect both the 12-way stereo patch lead and the 14-way steering wheel harness connectors to the corresponding sides. 2.
