    Welcome! Hello! And welcome to the COSMO family! We’re so excited that you’re here with your COSMO JrTrack Smartwatch – we hope you love it! This user guide will give you step-by-step instructions to help you get your watch set up and customized in no time.

  • Page 5: Activate Jrtrack

    Getting started Step Activate your JrTrack 2 A COSMO membership is your pass to all things COSMO. This is necessary to be able to communicate with your JrTrack 2. If you haven't already, go to our activate page and pick a membership to get your watch activated.
  • Page 6 Turn on your JrTrack Press and hold the On/Off button on for two seconds to turn the watch on. If the watch doesn't turn on, it likely needs to be charged. Charge the watch for a few hours and then try again. It may need to update after turning on.

    Step Download the COSMO: Mission Control app The Mission Control app is how you interact with and control JrTrack. Use this app to call, message, check the GPS, set safezones, and more. Tap below to download on iOS or android.
  • Page 8 In the app, create a COSMO: Mission Control account or sign in if you already have one. Note This is your COSMO Mission Control App account. This is separate from your COSMO Membership account. You can use the same email, just know that they're different.
  • Page 9 Confirm your email Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Open it and tap the "Confirm Email" button. cosmoparent@gmail.com Add a device Tap the "Add a device" button.
  • Page 10 Your child's profile Tara Add their name, birthday, 06/14/2017 and your favorite photo of your child! Launch pairing mode On the watch, swipe through the apps until you see Settings. Open Settings, then tap "Pair device" to open the QR code onscreen. Troubleshooting If the QR code does not show up onscreen, tap the home button and make sure your watch is up to date.
  • Page 11 Scan the QR code Use the app to scan the QR code on the watch's screen, then paste the watch's phone number you copied after activation if it doesn't autofill. If you don't see the QR code come up on the watch, you can manually type in the IMEI number found on the back of the device.
  • Page 12 Enter the code Enter the 8-digit code displayed on your device, then tap "Next" Add to contacts You're all set! It may up to 24 hours for data to be fully activated. Save the device to your contacts for easier and faster calling.

  • Page 14 Device Data & Settings To view & customize settings for each JrTrack device, start by tapping on "My Devices" from the main menu and then choosing a device. From this screen, you can see an overview of device info and status.

  • Page 16 Device settings Here you can set how often location is updated, when the tracking period is active. More frequent location tracking will drain the UNPAIR DEVICE battery more quickly. To maximize battery life, consider reducing tracking frequency.

    App Functions Add Contacts Select "All Contacts" from the main menu. Tap the "plus" button in the bottom right corner.
  • Page 18 There are two contact types: Contact: Can only make and receive calls. Guardian: Can make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and track location. Simply add the new contact's info and toggle whether this will appear as a new contact on your child's watch or not.

    Messaging Tap Messages in the main menu. Send custom or pre-set texts, voice messages, and photos! JrTrack can type out it's own messages, but setting preset messages of commonly sent phrases makes texting quicker and easier from the watch.
  • Page 21 Pre-set Messages In the data and settings menu, tap Preset messages. You can edit or delete any of the preset messages, as well as add your own by tapping the blue plus button.

    Add a SafeZone In the Main Menu, tap Safezones. Tap the Plus button in the bottom right-hand corner to add a new SafeZone. Any existing Safezones will be shown on this page.
  • Page 23 Locate area: Find where you want the Safezone to be on the map, or search it in the search bar directly below the map. Set the zone: Long-press in the center of exactly where you'd like the Safezone to be on the map. Name your safezone: Type whatever descriptive name you like!

    Location Tracking Tap Home in the Main Menu. Tap Refresh Location to get the most up to date location. Turning on Wi-Fi on the watch can help increase location accuracy.
  • Page 25 Location History In the Device Data & Settings Menu, tap on Location history. This map shows timestamped locations of the watch. You can go back further in time by tapping the calendar and selecting new dates.

    School Mode In the Main menu, tap Activity center. Then tap School mode. Tap the blue plus button to add a school mode time. Name the distraction-free time and set the hours, and days of the week for it to be active.

  • Page 28 Alarms/Reminders In the main menu, tap Activity center. Then tap Alarms. Next, tap the blue plus button to add an alarm. Set the time and name of the alarm, and select the days of the week for it to be active.

    Watch Basics Watch Apps Wake and Unlock To preserve battery, the watch screen will go to sleep when inactive. To wake up your watch, press the power button on the right side. To use the watch, swipe left. Keep swiping left to access all apps within the watch.
  • Page 30 Back/Home To get out of any watch app, tap the Home button (circle at the bottom of the watch face). It will take you “backwards.” Make calls To make calls, tap the phone icon. Select the contact you'd like to call. Send messages To send a message, tap the message icon.
  • Page 31 Camera On the watch, scroll to Camera. The watch will take any front-facing picture. To review your photos, go to the Album. Timer and Stopwatch The timer and stopwatch each have their own app. SOS immediately calls the admin of the Mission Control app.

    Enable/Disable 911 911 is disabled by default. You can turn 911 on or off in the watch settings. Go to Settings > Device. Then scroll down to "Enable 911 Calling". A checked box will enable 911, and un-checked box will disable it. When 911 is enabled, it will appear as an option in the phone app.

You can set the language, adjust brightness, toggle 911, volume, timezone, and toggle 24 hour format. Enable 911 Calling Support By tapping on support menu in settings, you'll open the screen to the right.
