I n s t r u m e n t s manufactured by D e l t a - T a r e guaranteed f o r one year
a g a i n s t d e f e c t s i n manufacture o r m a t e r i a l s used. The guarantee
does n o t c o v e r damage t h r o u g h misuse o r i n e x p e r t s e r v i c i n g , o r
o t h e r c i r c u m s t a n c e s beyond o u r c o n t r o l .
F o r G r e a t B r i t a i n t h i s means t h a t no charges a r e made f o r l a b o u r
m a t e r i a l s o r r e t u r n c a r r i a g e f o r guarantee r e p a i r s .
F o r o t h e r c o u n t r i e s , t h e guarantee c o v e r s f r e e exchange o f f a u l t y
p a r t s d u r i n g t h e guarantee p e r i o d .
A l t e r n a t i v e l y , i f t h e equipment i s r e t u r n e d t o us f o r guarantee
r e p a i r , we make no c h a r g e f o r l a b o u r o r m a t e r i a l s b u t we do
c h a r g e f o r c a r r i a g e and U . K . customs c l e a r a n c e .
W e s t r o n g l y p r e f e r t o have such r e p a i r s d i s c u s s e d w i t h us f i r s t ,
and i f we agree t h a t t h e equipment does need t o be r e t u r n e d , w e
may a t o u r d i s c r e t i o n waive t h e s e charges.

W e r e c o g n i s e t h a t some u s e r s o f o u r i n s t r u m e n t s may n o t have easy
access t o t e c h n i c a l l y s p e c i a l i s e d backup.
S p a r e p a r t s f o r o u r own i n s t r u m e n t s c a n be s u p p l i e d f r o m o u r
works. These can normal l y be despatched w i t h i n 1 w o r k i n g day o f
r e c e i v i n g an o r d e r .

b u t s u p p l i e d as p a r t o f t h e weather s t a t i o n , may be o b t a i n e d
