TROUBLE SHOOTING 1. POWER: Make sure all devices are powered on. 2. INDICATOR: Check LED indicators of HDMI Extender Transmitter and Receiver are on. Please refer to below LED indicators description. 3. DEVICES: Make sure picture can be shown normally when connecting HDMI source to display devices directly. - Page 7 4. HDMI CABLE: Plug in and out HDMI 2.0 cable or change another HDMI cable. When transmit HDMI 4K@60Hz signal,HDMI 2.0 certificated cables is required. 5. NETWORK CABLE: 5-1 Please use Cat5e/6a/7 cable, don` t suggest use Cat5. 5-2 Make sure CatX cable is less than 300ft for 4K. 5-3 Make sure the two connectors of one CatX cable are same standard (EIA/TIA 568B).
