Nozzle chocked by carbon
deposit or seized needle
Check, repair, or replace faulty parts
valve
Too heavy load Adjust the load within specified range
Too late injection timing Adjust the injection timing
Incorrect valve clearance Check valve clearance, valve sealing band and
or valve leak valve spring force and eliminate all troubles.
Uneven injection Adjust injection quantity of every cylinder
Intake pipe and air filter
Clean or change air filter
are blocked
