DESCRIPTION
1.1
PURPOSE
This machine is intended for cutting and trimming hedges and
bushes in domestic areas. It is not intended to be used for
cutting above shoulder level.

GENERAL SAFETY
WARNINGS
Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and
specifications provided with this machine. Failure to
follow all instructions listed below may result in electric
shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-
operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless)
power tool.

INSTALLATION

3.1
UNPACK THE MACHINE
Make sure that you correctly assemble the machine before
use.
If parts of the machine are damaged, do not use the
machine.
If you do not have all the parts, do not operate the
machine.
If parts are damaged or missing, contact the service
center.
1. Open the package.
2. Read the documentation provided in the box.
3. Remove all the unassembled parts from the box.
4. Remove the machine from the box.
5. Discard the box and packing material in compliance with
local regulations.

For your personal safety, do not insert battery before the
tool is assembled completely.
3.1.1
INSTALL THE BLADE ASSEMBLY

1. Put the machine on a flat and smooth surface.
2. Slide the blade assembly (15) into the rotating shaft (17).
3. Insert the bolts and tighten with a screwdriver (not
included).

CONNECT THE BATTERY PACK TO
THE MACHINE

1. Insert the plug (11) of one side of the cable into the
socket (12) in the machine – line up the lugs on the plug
with the slots in the socket.
2. Push the plug into the socket until it stops, then turn it
clockwise until the plug's latch engages audibly.
3. Insert the plug (13) of the other side of the cable into the
socket (14) in the battery – line up the lugs on the plug
with the slots in the socket.
4. Push the plug into the socket until it stops, then turn it
clockwise until the plug's latch engages audibly.

OPERATION

Touch the blade carefully.
Do not put your fingers into the notches or in position
where they can get cut.
Do not touch the blade unless you remove the battery
pack.
Do not use the machine if the blade is damaged or bent.
Remove all objects such as cords, lights, wire, or string
which can become entangled in the cutting blade and
create a risk of personal injury.
If the blade jams on an electrical cord or line, DO NOT
TOUCH THE BLADE! IT CAN BE LIVE AND
DANGEROUS. Do the steps below:
1. Hold the insulated rear handle or put the machine down
and away from you.
2. Disconnect the battery from the battery pocket. Then
disconnect the cable before removing it from blade.

START THE MACHINE

1. Press the power button (9).
2. Push and hold the micro switch (8) with one hand.
3. Push the trigger (2).
