Sicherheit 3.1 Darstellung der Sicherheitshinweise In der Betriebsanleitung können folgende Sicherheitshinweise in unterschiedlich hohen Gefahrenstufen abgebildet sein, die unbedingt beachtet werden müssen: GEFAHR weist auf unmittelbar drohende Gefahren hin, die ohne entsprechende Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zum Tod oder schwers- GEFAHR ten Verletzungen führen können. 5. Inbetriebnahme / Montage 5.1 Vor der Inbetriebnahme Fehlerhafte Inbetriebnahme durch unqualifiziertes Personal und Miss- achtung der Betriebsanleitung! Alle Teile auf Schäden überprüfen. Das Gerät wird spritzbereit ausgeliefert. Doch bevor Sie das Gerät mit Farbe einsetzen, machen Sie sich mit der Bedienung des Gerätes vertraut und befüllen den Hängebecher zunächst mit Wasser. - Page 10 5.3 Luftregelventil Das Luftregelventil befindet sich an der Schnellkupplung zur Pistole (Abb. 1, Pos. 10). Es bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, den Luftstrom direkt an der Pistole zu steuern. Hierüber kann der Austritt der benötigten Luftmenge erhöht oder gesenkt werden. Beginnen Sie immer mit voll geöffnetem Ventil.

Beachten Sie grundsätzlich die Hinweise zur Spritzbarkeit Technischen Merkblättern. Richten Sie sich nach den Herstellerangaben, welche Viskosität eingestellt werden soll. Wir empfehlen den Einsatz von Beschichtungsstoffen, die bereits für die Verarbeitung von HVLP-Spritzgeräten eingestellt sind! Fragen Sie hierzu Ihren Farblieferanten.

1. Algemene informatie 1.1 Identificatie Dit document is de gebruiksaanwijzing voor de HVLP JustFinish van STORCH. In de gebru- iksaanwijzing wordt beschreven hoe het product werkt en wordt de belangrijkste informa- tie voor een veilige omgang en gebruik vermeld. Alle specificaties hebben betrekking op de huidige technische stand van het apparaat en blijven alleen geldig als er geen wijzigin- gen aan het apparaat worden uitgevoerd. -

Veiligheid 3.1 Weergave van de veiligheidsinstructies De volgende veiligheidsinstructies kunnen in de gebruiksaanwijzing een bepaald risico aanduiden en moeten absoluut in acht worden genomen: GEVAAR wijst op direct dreigende gevaren die zonder gepaste veiligheidsmaatregelen kunnen leiden tot de dood of zeer ern- GEVAAR stige verwondingen. - Page 27 3.3 Productveiligheid 3.3.1 Gebruik conform de voorschriften Voor het op verschillende locaties (draagbaar/verrijdbaar) spuiten van professionele water- en oplosmiddelhoudende coatingmaterialen zoals lazuren, grondverf, primers en lakken. Alleen bestemd voor professioneel gebruik. Het apparaat is niet explosiebeveiligd en daa- rom niet geschikt voor niet-explosieveilige ruimtes. Het HVLP-spuitsysteem JustFinish wordt hoofzakelijk gebruikt bij renovatie en voor kleine oppervlakken zoals deurkozijnen, deuren, poorten, radiatoren, houtwerk, etc..
- Page 28 Gevaar: gevaar voor elektrische schokken Voorzichtig: val- en slipgevaar door aansluitkabels, materiaalslangen en vloeibare media • Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een stopcontact (230 V) met randaar- ding dat deskundig werd geïnstalleerd door een gekwalificeerde elektri- cien. De stroomvoorziening moet op dit stopcontact met aardlekscha- kelaar zijn aangesloten! Koppelingen en aansluitleidingen moeten spat- waterveilig zijn.

5. Inbedrijfstelling/montage 5.1 Voorafgaand het gebruik Ondeskundige inbedrijfstelling door ondeskundig personeel en het niet- opvolgen van de gebruiksaanwijzing! Alle onderdelen op schade controleren. Het apparaat wordt spuitklaar geleverd. Maar voordat u het apparaat met verf gaat gebruiken, maakt u zich vertrouwd met de werking van het apparaat en vult u eerst de hangbeker met water. - Page 32 5.3.1 Pistoolinstelling 5.3 Luchtregelventiel Het luchtregelventiel bevindt zich op de snelkoppeling naar het pistool (afb. 1, pos. 10). Het geeft u de mogelijkheid om de luchtstroom direct op het pistool te regelen. Dit kan worden gebruikt om de hoeveelheid lucht die nodig is bij de uitvoer te verhogen of te verlagen.

Neem altijd de informatie over verspuitbaarheid op de technische gegevensbladen in acht. Volg de instructies van de fabrikant over welke viscositeit moet worden ingesteld. Wij adviseren het gebruik van coatingmaterialen die al zijn aangepast voor verwerking met HVLP spuitapparatuur! Vraag hiernaar bij uw verfleverancier.

1. Informations générales 1.1 Identification Ce document est le mode d'emploi du HVLP JustFinish de la société STORCH. Le mode d'emploi décrit le fonctionnement du projecteur et présente les informations essentielles pour son utilisation sûre et fiable. Toutes les indications se réfèrent à l'état de développe- ment technique actuel de l'appareil et ne s'y appliquent qu'en absence de toute modifica- tion de l'appareil. -

Sécurité 3.1 Représentation des consignes de sécurité Le mode d'emploi comprend les consignes de sécurité suivantes représentées avec des niveaux de risques différents, qui doivent être respectées impérativement : DANGER signale un danger imminent pouvant entraîner la mort ou des blessures très graves en absence de précautions appro- DANGER priées. - Page 49 à une utilisation dans des zones comportant des risques de déflagrations.
