Musen eller tastaturet fungerer ikke:
1. Sørg for at donglen sitter i en USB-port og at datamaskinen er på. Prøv
alternativt donglen i en annen USB-port.
2. Kontroller batteriene. Skift eventuelt ut batteriene.
3. Hvis nanomottakeren er tilkoblet et USB-nav, kan du prøve å sette den
direkte inn i datamaskinen.
4. Flytt musen eller tastaturet nærmere nanomottakeren.
5. Dersom musen beveger seg ujevnt, kan du prøve å bruke den på en
annen overflate.
6. Start datamaskinen på nytt.
