It is important to exercise caution when performing any activity that shifts your center of gravity while seated in the chair. -

WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS (CON’T) SAFE TRANSFER It is recommended that you work with a qualified healthcare professional before attempting to transfer on your own. Ensure that the wheelchair is on a smooth, stable, and level surface with wheel locks engaged before transfer- ring. - Page 5 USES AND ADJUSTMENTS TO OPEN CHAIR Open wheelchair by tilting it to one side and pushing down on seat rail until fully opened. TO CLOSE CHAIR Fold foot plates to vertical position. Grab seat with both hands at front and back edge and lift—OR tilt to one side and lift up on seat rail.

- Page 7 ACCESSORIES Headrest Extension 1. To install Headrest Extension, remove end caps (B). (Fig. 4) 2. Adjust width of headrest extension by removing the headrest cover by opening Velcro flap. (Fig. 5) ™ 3. Separate the two sections and insert them individually into sockets on the back of the chair.

ADJUST LENGTH Lift black tab (A) and depress both push pins (B) (Fig. 7). Raise or lower foot plate to proper position for maximum support of thighs.
