Blue LED is on if external reference is present.
The ASLE-L-36D will automatically switch to its internal reference if no external
reference is present. At this time, switching is completed after 5 seconds have
elapsed for system resynchronization.

⑥ Fused AC power inlet: 90Vac ~ 240Vac, 47Hz ~ 63Hz
