To this end, the LÜTZE engineers have expanded the modular system to include defined lengths and standardized dimensions in a 10, 25 and 50-mm hole pattern.

Thanks to the flexible design, more space can be generated in the control cabinet and time can be saved during wiring as well as during assembly and modification.

    Operating instructions - Lütze AirSTREAM - SR032 4.3 Description of system components 4.3.1 AirBLADE AirBLADES (Part no. 380281.0010) are used for targeted air flow in the control cabinet. They can be used in a 50 mm grid instead of a comb and direct the air flow from the back of the AirSTREAM frame to the front, allowing air to flow around devices in a targeted manner.

    Operating instructions - Lütze AirSTREAM - SR032 4.3.3 Module 4.3.3.1 Cable clamp module The cable clamp module is screwed directly to the vertical profile and serves to clamp the cables with cable clips. 4.3.3.2 EMC module The EMC module can be screwed to the vertical profiles. The stripped shields within the contact area are connected extensively to the EMC module with clips or metal cable ties.

It can be simply attached via the sliding nut channel of the profile modules. The shunt profiles in the lengths 80 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm each have a central borehole and can be simply attached in the sliding nut channel of the profile modules.

The shunt profile module can be simply mounted via the sliding nut channel of the shunt profile. The module comprises a smooth profile and has two asymmetrically arranged sliding nut channels, standard combs, two assembly brackets, including insulation, and edge protection. The MA module is available in a height of 80 mm.

The intuitive operation, numerous help features and predefined default settings make configuration almost child's play.
