AK-C4400
The AK-C4400 is a high quality and highly reliable hygiene keyboard. It is
particularly designed for the use at practitioners and in hospitals. It is
completely sealed by a silicon membrane and protected against the
ingress of dirt and liquids.
The product complies with the Directive EMC 2014/30/EU.

FAQ/Errors

Check if the "CleanFunction" is activated, if yes you

need to press "Fn" + "right Shift" to disable the
"Clean Mode". If the error still occurs please re-plug
the keyboard.
We recommend the use of nitrile gloves instead of latex gloves in the operation of our
products. This reduces the risk of allergies and also avoids yellowing of the product by
abrasion of the latex.
If the product has other defects please contact us.
Please hold this information ready when you contact us:
- Article and serial number of the product
- Name and producer of your PC/notebook or motherboard
- Operating system and if installed version of the service pack

Reprocessing the keyboard

The "CleanFunction" avoids sending key strokes to your PC during
cleaning/disinfection.
By pressing "FN" + "right Shift" "CleanFunction is enabled. If you press the key
combination again you can disable the "CleanFunction" anytime. After 5 minutes this
mode disables automatically.
If the "CleanFunction" is activated, all LEDs (top right on the keyboard) flashes
steadily.
For the standard disinfection please follow the instructions provided from the proper
authorities who are responsible for that matter in your country. As disinfectant you can
use most common disinfectants and cleaning agents.
