Troubleshooting
Problem
Cannot close door.
The dishwasher does not start.

Possible causes
The baskets are not correctly
positioned.
The door lock does not click into
place and lock.

The door is not properly closed.
You have opened the
dishwasher to add more dishes
while a program is in progress.
The door lock has not clicked
into place and locked.
Check whether the Delayed start
option has been selected.
The plug is not plugged into the
wall socket.
A fuse/circuit breaker has been
tripped.
Action
Check that the baskets are
correctly positioned horizontally.
Check that the dishes are not
blocking the baskets from
sliding properly into place.
Check the door lock. If it does
not click into place and lock,
open the door.
Press and hold Automatic
door opening until the display
starts counting down. Wait until
the countdown ends (60
seconds). Close the door.
Check that the door lock clicks
into place and locks.
Press . The display starts
counting down.
Check.
Close the door and wait. After a
while, the dishwasher continues
the program.
Check the door lock. If it does
not click into place and lock,
open the door.
Press and hold Automatic
door opening until the display
starts counting down. Wait until
the countdown ends (60
seconds). Close the door.
Check that the door lock clicks
into place and locks.
Press and hold for three
seconds if you want to cancel
the Delayed start option.
