Blank screen/Can’t power on Please check if the power cable is well-connected. Bluetooth is connected but not working It should be that the phone turns on Android Auto/CarPlay automatically after connecting to Bluetooth. To use Bluetooth, please disconnect Android Auto/CarPlay on the phone and then turn on Bluetooth again. You can also go to the “Smart phone” setting and set the [Wireless connection mode] as [Autolink].
