    1. Press [ MODE ] to display the CHRONO mode. 2. To register a segment, press [ LAP/RESET ]. 3. Press [ START ] to start counting. The stopwatch can count up to 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59.99 seconds before starting from zeros again.
