    START EXERCISING With your desired profile downloaded onto the watch, you can start exercising and review exercise data records on the watch or uploading them to the application, which can systematically manage and analyze your records. IMPORTANT You need to pair sensor with the watch if necessary before starting exercising, such as paring a bike pod for cycling. If without pairing, the exercise profile does not work to collect data.

    NOTE If you set the watch to automatically toggle screens, the last three screens automatically toggle to display every 5 seconds. Please see SET USER PROFILE for turning on the toggle feature. NOTE If the lap counting reaches the 100th or the total hours of the exercise reaches 80 hours, memory full displays on the screen with a long beep. You need to clear the memory for further exercise purpose.

    VIEW EXERCISE RECORD IN APPLICATION You could upload the memory to your application and view the swimming records on the mobile device. 1. Enter the profiles page in your application. Tap RUNNING profile icon. 2. Swimming records are listed by date and time. Please follow the below steps. Tap the desired one you want to view or tap to transmit the data by email.

    AVVIO ATTIVITÀ FISICA Con il profilo desiderato scaricato nell’orologio, è possibile avviare l’attività fisica e rivedere i record dei dati relativi all’attività fisica sull’orologio o caricarli nell’applicazione, in grado di gestire e analizzare i record sistematicamente. IMPORTANTE È necessario associare il sensore all’orologio prima di avviare l’attività fisica, per esempio il bike pod per l’attività in bici. Senza l’associazione, il profilo dell’attività...

    COMMENCER L’ EXERCICE Avec le profil d’exercice voulu téléchargé sur la montre, vous pouvez commencer à vous entrainer et revoir les enregistrements de données d’exercice sur la montre ou les télécharger vers l’application qui peut systématiquement gérer et analyser vos enregistrements. IMPORTANT Vous aurez besoin de coupler un capteur tel qu’un module vélo pour le cyclisme avec la montre si nécessaire avant de commencer.

    MIT DEM TRAINING BEGINNEN Wenn Sie Ihr gewünschtes Profil auf die Uhr heruntergeladen haben, können Sie mit dem Training beginnen; Sie können jetzt die Trainingsdatensätze auf der Uhr überprüfen oder sie auf die Anwendung hochladen, damit diese Ihre Datensätze systematisch verwalten und analysieren kann.   • Page 22 INICIAR O EXERCÍCIO Depois de ter transferido o perfil pretendido para o relógio, pode começar a fazer exercício e a analisar os registos de dados no relógio ou transferi-los para a aplicação, que pode gerir e analisar os seus registos de forma sistemática. IMPORTANTE Tem de emparelhar o sensor com o relógio se necessário antes de iniciar o exercício, tal como emparelhar o bike pod para andar de bicicleta.

  • Page 26 DE TRAINING BEGINNEN Zodra u uw favoriete profiel gedownload heeft naar het horloge, kunt u gaan trainen en de gegevens van uw training bekijken op uw horloge of ze uploaden naar de applicatie. Hier kunnen uw gegevens systematisch beheerd en geanalyseerd worden. BELANGRIJK U moet indien nodig de sensor koppelen met het horloge voordat u gaat trainen, bijvoorbeeld een bike-pod als u gaat fietsen.

  • Page 30 BÖRJA TRÄNING Med din profil nedladdad till klockan kan du börja träningen och se träningsdata på klockan eller ladda upp den till appen, som systematiskt hanterar och analyserar dina resultat. VIKTIGT Du behöver ansluta en eventuell sensor till klockan innan du inleder träningen, såsom en cykel-pod för cykling. Om sensorn inte är ansluten kan inte träningsprofilen samla in några data.
