Replacing your batteries information

When to replace your remote control batteries:
Your remote control beeps 6 times when turned on.

Your remote control will not turn on.
•
•
When your Battery Level Indicator shows 2 dots or fewer, the batteries in your trial device
are running low. Contact your Nevro HFX Care Team to schedule an appointment to change
your batteries.
•
If your remote control beeps 10 times when you turn it ON, your trial device batteries are
completely empty, and the stimulation has been turned OFF. Contact your Nevro HFX Care Team
to schedule an appointment to change your batteries.
Note
Your remote control uses 2 AAA batteries, alkaline only.
DO NOT USE
lithium or rechargeable batteries.
