● Always keep the float switch in the dirty water tank
clean and easy to operate.
● Apply disinfectant or stainless steel stain generously
to the interior of the tank and let it work for 30
minutes.
● Repeat the rinsing process with a fresh water hose.
(Use high pressure device if possible)
● Leave the tank cap [13] open to let the tank dry out.
7.3 Fresh water tank
Depending on the aggressiveness of the cleaning
agent, do this once a week.
● Drain fresh water completely.
● Keep the strainer and float switch on the bottom of
the fresh water tank clean.
● Apply disinfectant or stainless steel stain generously
to the interior of the tank and let it work for 30
minutes.
● Repeat the rinsing process with a fresh water hose.
Warning:
Leave the tank cap [13] open to let the
tank dry out.
7.4 Fuel cap
● Clean the stainless steel plate on the underside of
the tank cap with a clean cloth.
● Apply disinfectant or stainless steel stain generously
to the stainless steel plate and leave for 30 minutes.

● Clean the stainless steel plate with a clean
cloth. Remove disinfectant / stainless steel stain
completely
Warning:
residues of the cleaning agent can
attack the sealing profile of the tank collar - leave
the tank cap [13] open to dry out.
7.5 Outside surfaces
● Wipe the outside of the machine after cleaning.
Spray outer surfaces with glass cleaner or - if
there are traces of lime - e.g. treat with sanitary
cleaning agent (acidic); Wipe with microfiber or
paper towels.
Warning:
Never use high pressure cleaners.
7.6 Suction cup
Note:
Check the condition of the suction lips [19]
weekly, if necessary turn or replace the suction
lips. The resting edge of the rear suction lip must
be sharp-edged / right-angled.
● Remove the front and rear suction lips from the
squeegee (see chapter 11)
● Wash the suction lips [19] under running water and
remove any coarse dirt.
● Spray on disinfectant cleaner or insert suction lip in
it.
● Then dry the suction lips completely.
● Put the suction lips back into the squeegee.
7.7 Brush head
Warning:
wear work gloves!
● Raise the brush head [11] by operating the brush
lifter [8].
● Remove the brushes and pull them out from under
the brush head [11]. (see chapter 12 Brush change)
● remove coarse dirt from under the brushes.
● Rinse the brushes thoroughly.
● Disinfect the brush plate and bristles.
● Fold up the brush head and remove any coarse dirt
from the underside with a water hose.
● Clean the top and bottom of the brush head with a
cloth and then disinfect.
● Let the brushes and brush head [11] dry.
● Use brushes.(see chapter 12 Brush change)
7.8 Hoses
Check drain hoses [16, 17] and suction hose [18]
daily for coarse dirt and blockages after using the
machine.
● Remove the suction hose and drain hoses from the
machine.
● Remove coarse dirt from the hoses.
● Place hoses in disinfectant and leave for 30 minutes.
● Let the hoses dry and reattach them to the machine.
7.9 Splash guard
● Remove coarse dirt from the drive motor's splash
guard.
● Apply disinfectant cleaner and let it work.
7.10 Steering wheel
● Clean the steering wheel [10] with a cloth.
● Apply disinfectant and let it work.
