    The instrument is designed with the temperature correction always activated and relates the results to a temperature of 18°C according to Manley’s Nomogram (graph 1.1).     If there is a QC in the rack that is not recorded in the instrument, it is however recognised as a Diesse QC if the label is the correct label and is saved in the QC archive. If the selection bar is set to "N", the QC entered in the rack is treated as a normal sample.
