5 Troubleshooting

Problem
If the opener cannot work or
stops in the middle of uncor-
king:

Solution
• Please charge it for more
than 90 seconds (no more
than 4 hours). (Note: It is
recommended not to use
the product while char-
ging.)
• Please press the reset
button, the spiral will turn
anticlockwise and retre-
at from the cork. Then
re-open after ensuring the
opener body is aligned
with the wine bottle.
• If the above operations are
all correct and the opener
still works abnormally,
please contact the vendor
for maintenance service.
