The application program that operates the controller is created on a PC using the EDE software tools and sent to the controller via an RS-232 link or Ethernet.

    XML. EDE SETUP FOR ETHERNET COMMUNICATION The EDE is a PC Windows application developed by Industrial Indexing Systems to program the Emerald Motion Controller. The EDE can be configured to communicate remotely with the EMC via RS232, or ETHERNET.
