FITTING THE HELMET TO YOUR HEAD
This helmet can only protect you if it fits well. Be sure to try on differ-
ent sizes and choose the size which feels secure and comfortable on
your head. Never wear anything under your helmet.
POSITIONING
Wear the helmet low in
front to protect the forehead.
Do not wear the helmet tilted
back on the head (Figure A).
FIT
The helmet fits correctly when:
1. The padding holds the helmet firmly in place.
2. The straps have been adjusted, fastened and tightened so that the
