sure to dry the lamp thoroughly before use.
• Do not use any corrosive liquids to clean the lamp or its components.
• Do not immerse the lamp in water or any other liquids.
• Keep the lamp away from sources of moisture, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
• If you need to store the lamp for an extended period of time, make sure to fully charge it
before doing so.
• Do not expose the lamp to extreme temperatures or humidity.
• If you notice any issues with the lamp, such as a malfunctioning touch button or
dimming light, contact help.Kogan.com for support.
• Do not attempt to repair the lamp yourself, as this could be dangerous.
• When mounting the lamp on a wall, make sure the mounting surface is clean and free
of any debris or particles that could interfere with the lamp's magnetic attachment.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the lamp does not turn on:
• Check if the lamp is charged. Make sure the lamp is fully charged by connecting it to a
power source using the included charging cable. Wait for a few hours to ensure the
lamp is charged, and then try turning it on again.
• Ensure the power button is not covered with dust or debris. Clean the button with a
soft, dry cloth if required.
• There may be a problem with the charging cable. If the charging cable is damaged or
not working correctly, the lamp may not charge, which can prevent it from turning on.
Try using a different charging cable to see if this resolves the issue.
• Check the power supply. Try using a different power outlet or USB port to see if this
resolves the issue.
• If none of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, contact help.Kogan.com for
support.
