Use caution when sharing your location
information with others.
Tracker allows you to report your
location, follow others, and allow
others to follow your location. Tracker
is available on select Garmin GPS
devices and as an application for select
mobile phones.

Setting Up Tracker

1. Select Tools > Tracker > Get
Started.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Viewing Your Tracker ID
All connected devices or tracking units
have a unique tracker ID.
Touch Tools > Tracker >
Profile.

Sending a Location Message
You can send a customized location
message to another user.
1. Select Tools > Tracker > Here I
Am.
2. Select an option:
• Select the check box next to
each recipient.
• Select Enter Email or Tracker
ID, and enter the e-mail address
or Tracker ID of the recipient.
NOTE: The Tracker ID is case-
sensitive.
3. Select Next.
4. Select an option:
• Select a message.
• Select Enter Message, and
enter a customized message.
5. Select Send.
