    3. BETRIEB DES GERÄTS 3.1. Richtige Positionierung des Messers Schärfscheibe Führen Sie die Klinge nahe am Griff A oder an der Kappe B ein, um sicherzustellen, dass die gesamte Klinge von C bis zur Spitze D geschärft werden kann. Halten Sie das Messer waagerecht zum Messerschärfer. Hinweis: Führen Sie die Klinge entlang des diagonalen Schlitzes ein und ziehen Sie abwechselnd den linken und rechten Schlitz ein.
