    PRODUCT Pure 100 is a demineralizer with ion exchange resins, a natural addition to the range of steam sterilizers. It has an elegant and compact design that combines ease of use and high reliability. PRESENTATION Pure 100 is hence an interesting option for users that require professional devices with an excellent quality/ price/performance ratio.

    ProVIDE FUrTHEr INFormaTIoN. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS Install Pure 100 on autoclaves using the accessories provided with the demineralizer. Do not install in humid or poorly ventilated environments. Do not install in environments where there are flammable and/or explosive gases or vapours.

    FITTING THE RESIN Take the pair of ionic exchange resin cartridges out of the accessory kit and then operate as follows: CARTRIDGES a) remove the protective bag of the cartridges and insert them in the relative containers (cartridge seal facing up).

    INSTALLING PURE 100 ON Pure 100 must be installed on the right-hand side of the autoclaves using the devices that form part of the AUTOCLAVES standard equipment of the demineralizer. E) Take the following out of the accessory kit: - the two hooking spacers - the two screws.

    Fasten the other free end of the tube (17) to the Pure 100 inlet (19). CONNECTION TO THE Y) Connect the cable leading from the demineralizer (20) to the dedicated connector (21) on the rear of the AUTOCLAVE autoclave.

    OPERATION In order to start using the Pure 100 demineralizer, all the installation phases must have been correctly carried out: FIRST STARTING a) The resin cartridges fitted (par. 4.3.). B) The demineralizer installed on the autoclave (par. 4.4.). C) The water mains connected (par. 4.5.).

    APPENDIX C - mANTEINANCE GENERALS The equipment does not need any special care; it is only recommended that the user cleans it periodically. In all cases carefully follow the procedure detailed below. IIn case of replacement of equipment components, request and use oNLY orIGINaL SParE ParTS. EXTERIOR CLEANING Clean the equipment externally with a clean cloth dampened with water and neuter detergent.

    APPENDIX D - TROUBLESHOOTING If the demineralizer does not function properly, carry out the following checks before calling Technical Service: wARNING POSSIBLE CAUSE ACTION -The demineralizer is working but is producing The message “H2O quality insufficient” is shown demineralized water with conductivity values -Replace the ionic exchange resin cartridges.
