INSTALLATION & USE
1. Place the heating element on the concrete base
in the square opening and fasten the arm with the
screw and nut on the underside. Insert the rota-
ting arm into the base plate and place the cheese
holder on the rotating arm. Check whether the
voltage requirement (110V/220V) of the product
corresponds with the power supply voltage. The
raclette machine can be connected to the power
supply by attaching the power cord included to
the machine (the power cord of the Quattro is
connected to the heating element) and plugging
it into the socket. Prior to placing the cheese on
the cheese holder, move the cheese holder out of
the range of the heating element.

2. Place the cheese in the cheese holder. For the

Quattro, the points of the cheese holder are ins-
erted into the rind of he the quarter cheese, allo-
wing the semicircular handles to be used.
3. The machine is switched on by plugging the
power cord into the socket. The machine requires
approximately 5 minutes of preheating. During
the first use, it is possible for a small amount of

4. Turn the cheese holder so that the cheese is
directly under the heating element. Make sure the
surface to be heated is parallel to the heating ele-
ment at a distance of approximately 2 cm.

5. Once the cheese has melted enough, it can be

scraped off and eaten. Turn the cheese holder so
that the cheese is next to the heating element.
Scrape the melted cheese onto a plate.
6. Remove the rind that has not melted every 4th
or 5th time you scrape off a layer of melted cheese.
Switch off the appliance directly after use.

INSTALLATIE & GEBRUIK
1. Plaats het warmte-element op de betonnen ba-
sis in de vierkante uitsparing en draai de arm met
de zwarte schroefknop en de moer aan de onder-
zijde vast. Steek de draaiarm in de grondplaat en
zet hier vervolgens de kaashouder op. Controleer
of de voltageaanduiding (110V/220V) op het pro-
duct overeenkomt met de voedingsspanning. Het
raclette-apparaat is aan te sluiten op het lichtnet
door het bijgeleverde snoer aan het apparaat te
bevestigen (het snoer zit vast aan het verwar-
mingselement) en vervolgens de netstekker in het
stopcontact te steken. Draai de kaashouder bui-
ten het bereik van het hitte element.
2. Plaats de kaas op de kaashouder. De kwart kaas
step 3 kaas
wordt met de korst op de punten van de kaashou-
eten
der gestoken, waarbij de halfronde handgrepen
hanteerbaar blijven.
3. Schakel het apparaat aan door de stekker in het
stopcontact te steken. Het apparaat moet onge-
veer 5 minuten voorverwarmen. Bij een eerste
gebruik kan het voorkomen dat er zich een kleine
hoeveelheid rook voordoet.
4. Draai de kaashouder zodat de kaas zich direct
onder het hitte element bevind. Zorg dat het te
smelten oppervlak parallel staat aan het hitte ele-
ment op ongeveer 2 cm afstand.
5. Als de kaas genoeg gesmolten is kan deze afge-
schraapt en gegeten worden. Draai de kaashou-
der zodat de kaas zich naast het hitte element
bevindt. Schraap de gesmolten kaas op een bord.
6. Verwijder na elke 4 à 5 keer smelten de niet
weggesmolten korst. Schakel het apparaat direct
uit na gebruik.
