9. FAIL-SAFE MODE SETUP
The fail-safe mode defines the system
status if the ATW-IOT-01 loses cloud
connection or because communication
with the Heating unit by means H-Link
wire is lost.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
Any setting
modified at
the application
is not applied
to the Heating
Unit or any
parameter of the
Heating unit is
not updated on
the Application
Not possible to
connect
ATW-IOT-01 to
the WI-FI

Possible Cause
H-Link connection
between ATW-IOT-01
and Yutaki unit is down.
ATW-IOT-01 is not
connected to the
home WI-FI since SSID
or password of the
home WI-FI has been
modified
ATW-IOT-01 is not
connected to WI-FI
There is no internet
connection
Router does not
provide 2.4GHz WI-FI.
The system will continue to operate at
the last communicated setpoint.
Remedy
Make sure proper connection
cables are used.
Make sure wire loops are
performed on the cable.
Make sure both cables are
connected between Heating
Unit and ATW-IOT-01
By means mobile application
configure correct home WI-FI.
Place ATW-IOT-01 close to the
router or use WI-FI extenders
to reach ATW-IOT-01
Verify if WI-FI in the house
has internet connection. If
not contact with your service
provider
Create separate 2.4 GHz WI-FI
network and connect IOT
device to it.
