    M O V I N G T H E B I K E Tilt the bike forward onto the wheels. Lift the rear stabiliser while a second person holds the handlebars. Carefully roll the bike to the new location. Avoid uneven surfaces. If the bike rocks or wobbles after being set down, adjust each foot until all four feet rest firmly on the floor.

    L O C K I N G T H E B I K E Rotate the resistance knob all the way clockwise. Run the lock cable through the left pedal and around the rear stabiliser. Pull the lock open and insert the cable loop. Close the lock and rotate dials.

    G E T T I N G S TA R T E D P L U G G I N G I N Plug the power supply into the wall. Plug the power cord into the power jack at the back of the bike. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

    P O W E R I N G O N A N D O F F Hold the power button for two seconds to power on the bike. The bike will sleep after about 20 minutes of inactivity. To wake the bike, press the power button.

  • Page 37 Rest the bike frame on its back. Attach front stabiliser using the 6mm Allen key. Torque screws to 20 N . m. Locate the handlebars and handlebar post. Route the cable from the handlebars through the post. Attach the post using the 5mm Allen key. Torque screws to 20 N . m. Add end cap.
