ASSEMBLY
3.1 POWER CABLE CONNECTION (Fig 1) (Only to be carried out by a qualified electrician).
3.1.1
Disconnect the heater body from its rear support by undoing screws (1)
3.1.2
Disconnect the lamp connectors on terminal board (2)
3.1.3
Insert mains cable through cable clamp (3)
IMPORTANT: USE A H05RR-F FLEXIBLE 3-CORE CABLE WITH 1mm
JUNCTION BOX OR PROPERLY GROUNDED OUTLET.
3.1.4
Connect live (brown), neutral (blue) and earth (green/yellow or green) cables to terminals respectively marked with L, N and earth symbol.
3.1.5
Tighten the cable clamp plastic nut to fix the cable firmly.
3.1.6
Connect the lamp connectors on terminal board and screw back heater body.
3.2 LAMP MOUNTING AND REPLACEMENT (Fig 2)
3.2.1
Undo screws (1) and disassemble the two front panels (2) and guard (3).
3.2.2
Extract the lamp from its carton, taking care not to touch the lamp glass.
3.2.3
Gently insert the lamp (4) into the ceramic supports (5).
3.2.4
Reassemble the front panels (2) and guard (3).

3.3 WALL FIXING (Fig 3)
Minimum mounting height:
Minimum distance from ceiling: 0.25m
Minimum distance from corners: 1.00m
F WARNING! If mounting height is less than 1.80m, European Regulations require that the heater be fitted with a protection
guard to prevent any contact with hot lamp.
3.3.1
Fix the metal bracket (1) to a wall by means of appropriate fixing materials. (Not supplied)
3.3.2
Connect heater body to metal bracket using the screws (2).
3.3.3
Adjust angle of heater to direct heat beam where required.
3.4 FITTING OPTIONAL STAND (Fig 4)
FWARNING! Isolate heater from mains before any assembling and/or maintenance operations are carried out.
3.4.1
Fix lower rod (2) to base (1) using M8 screw and washer.
3.4.2
Assemble and connect the clamping lever (3) on top of lower rod (2).
3.4.3
Slide upper rod (4) into lower rod (2).
3.4.4
Fix upper rod at required height using lever (3).
3.4.5
Fix heating unit rear panel (5) to upper rod (4) using M6 screws and washers. To do this, the front reflector must be disconnected from
the rear panel.
