ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

Item No: TA70112

1. Place the base (A) on a level surface.

2. Screw the threaded rod (B) into the base (A). (finger tighten

only)

3. Slide the spacer (C) over the threaded rod (B). Place the lock

washer (D) over the threaded rod (B) and tighten with the hex

nut (E).

4. Screw the knurl nut (F) onto the threaded rod over the hex nut

(E).This can be used to raise the shade a little if necessary.

5. Place the shade (G) over the end of the threaded rod (B) and

tighten with the finial (H) securing the shade in place.

6. Insert the bulbs into bulb sockets.

Recommended (2) maximum 60 WATT, candelabra base bulbs

or (2) maximum 13 Watt CFL Bulbs

(Bulbs not included)

Cleaning of your lamp.

Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasives
