ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: TA10900
1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Insert bulb into socket (B).
3. Place the shade (C) over the bulb socket and
tighten with the screws (A) securing the shade (C)
in place.
Uses (1) Maximum 25WATT Type "B" Bulb
Or (1) 13Watt CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
