the magnified area up or down, press the CURSOR PAD to
move the depth marker.
You can return to the normal unzoomed display just by
pressing and holding ZOOM for more than one second, or by
pressing ZOOM repeatedly until you have cycled through all
the zoom modes.
Several setup functions are available to configure the echo
sounder to your preferences.
Be careful not to change any of the functions that are not described
here unless you first read about them and understand their functions
in the Northstar 490 Installation Manual.
To access the ECHO SOUNDER SETUP screen, press STAR
several times until "Echo Sounder" is highlighted at the top of
the screen.
